This week's challenge at Etsy Inspired Challenge is from the Caged Fairy Shop on Etsy. I got inspired by her store more than one. I even wanted to make MORE than TWO, being getting inspired by her things!! Unfortunately i don't have those Trendy OWL stamp... I have seen Alice In Wonderland STAMP collection in online store somewhere but i don't own those either, BUT i thought of Tim Holtz' rabbit stamp when i saw this pendant picture, and i decided to make a card with this pendant in mind, first. yes, i made 2 cards for this week's challenge! :-) When i make cards for "challenges" on blogs, i hardly check what i win, BUT WHEN i get inspired RIGHT AWAY from the themes and pics. , i just make cards! :-) I had hard time, choosing which pic. to pick from this store this week! LOL! I'm uploading 2 pics. for the same card on this post cuz i used perfect pearls, and one card isn't enough to see it on screen... i used perfect pearls on Black background textured paper & around the rabbit on white CS, using the same swirl stamp (Tim Holts also) and same color of perfect pearls; Blue Smoke. I colored the white CS edges with mementos' London fog color. Unfortunately the color isn't that great... the red CS i used, is really a dark Cardinal color red BUT all pics. i took show a bit Orangish color...:-( The ribbon has shimmer in it. I'm not sure when i'll be able to afford a better camera...lol...The Rabbit image was attached using pop up glue dots to give some dimention.

Alice in Wonderland always fascinates me! I like this rabbit image! The harlequin paper is great!
How FUN and perfect! Thanks so much for playing with us at Etsy Inspired Challenge!
Perfect for your inspiration piece! I love it!
Thanks for playing EtsyInspired this week!
Those eyelets are perfect ... great inspired design.
Eve,
I love this card! The layout is great. I like that you left the ribbon long, the perfect pearls are beautiful, I love the color scheme, and I can't believe you just happened to have those eyelets! I don't have any Tim Holtz stamps yet but they are on my wish list (my thousands of dollars in stamps and supplies wishlist!). I just got done the Simon Says Paper Piecing Challenge tonight, it took me most of the day, seriously, and it looks like a pretty easy card too! I have one-tenth the detail of others, I did not realize how much work/time it is, so much for participating in those 10 challenges I want to do. :) Like you said, I guess you just pick the ones that really interest you for the week. I am including my email because I could not find yours on your blog. Let me know about joining the House Mouse groups. I would definitely like to join, I did not forget about you! Have a great week!
